基于鱼骨图和AHP的鄱阳湖生态产业集群发展影响因素分析

摘    要:在国内外生态产业集群发展模式的研究基础上,对鄱阳湖生态产业集群内部、外部网络进行梳理,并利用鱼骨图模型分析鄱阳湖生态产业集群发展的影响因素,构建出生态产业集群发展的影响因素模型;同时将影响因素导入AHP模型中,以定性结合定量的方法建立判断矩阵,通过计算影响因素进行排名,找出关键影响因素,为鄱阳湖生态产业集群建设提供参考。研究结果表明:影响鄱阳湖生态产业集群的因素层中,群内企业因素和公共管理因素是主要影响因素,其他外部因素和智力支持影响较小;方案层中,生态产业集群的环境维持为最重要的影响因素,循环理念排在第二,政府主导调控和产业选择分列第三和第四。因此,在生态产业集群的建设过程中,要以系统思维为导向,着重做好群内企业服务和公共管理服务,同时结合好资源输出效率和知识创新服务等方面的工作。

Impact Factors Investigation on Poyang Lake Ecological industrial Cluster Base on Fishbone diagram And AHP
Abstract:s: Internal and external network of Poyang lake ecological industry Cluster was analyzed systematically,this paper based on investigations on the cluster development of ecological industry home and abroad. Fishbone diagram model was taken to analyze the impact factors of the cluster development, in order to create a new model of the impact factors qualitatively. the obtained impact factors were used in analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model. Judgment matrix was created by expert determination using AHP model. Key impact factors were then pointed out by calculating ranking of the impact factors. Through the model results we can know that, the cluster of factors and public enterprise management factors are the main factors in the factors layer of eco-industrial cluster, other external factors and intelligence support less affected. In the solution layer, maintaining the ecological environment of industrial clusters is the most important factor, Second factor is the cycle idea, government-leading allocation and industry choice are third and fourth factor. Therefore, in the process of building eco-industrial clusters, to the system-oriented thinking, we should focus our attention on the corporate services and public administration services, at same times, provided the output efficiency of resources and knowledge innovation services.
