基于战略生态位管理理论的全程知识产权管理研究

在创新驱动和产业转型升级背景下,知识产权管理日益成为经济发展的重要生产要素,推进科技创新的作用日益增强,而目前知识产权管理主要着眼于技术成熟后的管理模式面临变革的压力。以战略生态位管理理论为基础,将知识产权管理前移,涵盖技术创新的技术愿景、技术选择、网络学习、实验培育与推向市场全过程,从而构建"全程知识产权管理"模型,具体包括知识产权和选择管理、技术生态位管理与市场生态位管理等内容;同时,依据技术创新路径与成长中的知识产权的相互关系,用战略生态位管理理论发展规划全程知识产权管理的战略路径。

Research on the Whole Process in Intellectual Property ManagementBased on the Theory of StrategicSNiche Management

The intellectual property management has become very important for modern economy, base on the innovation and industrial transformation. The management mode of the intellectual property management which mainly focus on the technology after the maturity of the critical pressure for change has faced necessity. This paper put forward the intellectual property management based on the theory of strategic niche management, covering the whole process of technology innovation include technology vision, technology selection, network learning, cultivation and marketed. This paper established the model of "the whole process management" including selection of management, technology management and ecological niche management etc. At the same time, according to the interrelation between the path of technological innovation and growth in the intellectual property, this paper has planned strategic path of the whole process of intellectual property management based on the theory of strategic niche management.
