| 摘 要： | 近代武汉码头工人人数众多,码头劳资纠纷频繁发生,对武汉社会经济产生了极大的影响。本文拟通过对1927-1937年间武汉码头劳资纠纷情况的梳理,分析其不同于一般劳资纠纷的特点,认为码头工作权的封建把持与近代资本主义经济要求自由雇佣原则之间的矛盾,是近代武汉码头劳资纠纷产生的根源。码头劳资纠纷之频繁,在近代一直困扰着武汉工商经济的发展。

| Abstract: | In modern Wuhan,stevedore's population was multitudinous,and the wharf labor dispute frequently occurred,which had had the enormous influence to Wuhan social economy.By combining the situation of Wuhan wharf labor dispute during 1927-1937 year,this article plans to analyze its characteristic,which was different from the general labor dispute,and inquires how the foremen participated in and operated the wharf labor dispute,then inspects the profound influence on the economic and society of modern Wuhan economic society.The article thought that the contradiction between the feudalism domination of the wharf work power and the free employment principle of Capitalism is the root of the wharf labor dispute in modern Wuhan. |
