| 摘 要： | CEPA在性质上属于区域性安排协议,但是,CEPA是WTO框架下双边自由贸易协议的新形式;同时,CEPA是贯彻“一国两制”基本方针的新举措;CEPA是构建大中华经济圈的起点;CEPA进一步有力地加强了内地与香港的经济联系。

| Abstract: | The nature of the CEPA belongs to an agreement on regional arrangement- but- it is a new form of bilateral free trade agreement under WTO. At the same time it can be considered as a new measure to fulfill the basic policy of "one country- two systems". It is also a starting point of the construction of the greater China economic area- and its implementation has strengthened the relationship between the mainland China and Hong Kong. |
