On Private Enterprises's Construction of Core Competence from the Angle of Human Resources

Core competence is the source of present enterprises' sustaining competitive advantage.Therefore,in this paper,the core competence of private enterprises and the human resources of these enterprises will be analyzed,trying hard to seek combination point between human resources management and core competence and therefore to find the best combining point between how to manage the human resources,how to cultivate,maintain and even enhance the core competence for the private enterprises,especially those in a disadvantageous position.
