摘    要:心脏是人体的重要器官,几个世纪以来,心血管方面的疾病一直是威胁人类健康的首要因素,因此,心血管方面的研究不断深入并且取得了很多引人注目的成绩,同时开发出了许多针对这方面疾病的有效药物,成功地预防和抑制了心血管的高发病率。尤其是近年来随着受体药理学的发展,对于心肌细胞膜的研究异常活跃,因为心肌细胞膜上存在着各种不同的受体,它可对药物的效应从器官和细胞水平深入到了解药物(小分子)与生物大分子之间的相互作用,就现有的科学技术水平来看,这样的机制研究是最根本的。但是,基于此方面的运动相关心肌细胞膜受体的研究还处于刚起步阶段,还有待于发展。

Abstract:Heart is the important organ of human body. During the several centuries, cardiovascular disease is the first factor threatening the health of human being. Therefore, scientists make deeply research on cardiovascular disease and obtain many noticeable achievements. At the same time, some effective medicines against this kind of disease are developed. The high incidence of this disease are successfully prevented and controlled. Recently, with the development of receptor pharmacology, the research on cardiomyocyte develops very fast because of all kinds of receptors on it. It can deeply influence the relation between medicines and macro-molecule. According to existing level of scientific technology, this kind of research is the basic. However, the research based on exercise-related eardiomyocyte receptor is in its infant phase and still need to develop.
