| 摘 要： | 欧元的面世和流通是欧洲一体化深入发展的里程碑之一。但作为欧盟的重要成员国,英国却因政治、经济和文化等错综复杂的原因一直游离于欧元区之外,其何时加入欧元区也就成为人们关注的焦点。本文从文化的视角,分析了海岛文化、帝国情结和政治文化这三个因素对英国政府欧元政策的巨大影响。

| Abstract: | The birth of euro is the milestone of further development of European integration.As an important member of EU,however,for complicated political,economical and cultural reasons,Britain hasn't become a member of the euro-zone yet.Now,the moment when Britain joins the zone attracts the attentions of the world.This paper explores how cultural factors have greatly influenced British policy on euro. |
