人本视角下中西管理思想的比较分析

摘    要:中西方人本管理思想的产生与发展的历程不同,人本管理思想的理念异同,造成这种差异的原因是中西方社会文化背景的不同。中国人本管理只要充分吸取西方管理思想中的精华,有效地剔除糟粕,开拓创新,就能建立起一种具有中国特色的现代管理体系。

Abstract:The producing course and the developing course of the Western humanistic management thought and the Chinese one are different and the idea of them is similar as well as different. The reason why these differences are made lies in the difference of the social cultural background of the above two. Only the Chinese humanistic management fully absorbs the essence and effectively rejects the dross from the Western management thought and inno- vates can it set up the modern management system with Chinese feature.
