| 摘 要： | 文章从保险的基本原则和《保险法》的法理角度,通过建立保险金额与保险费率的计算模型,从动态的时间维度对保险金额与保险价值的关系进行了分析,探讨了《机动车商业保险示范条款》中关于损失补偿合理性的问题。

| Abstract: | The basic principle of insurance and legal principle are considered to establish a computing model for insurance and insurance rate. The reasonability of loss compensation in “Commercial Insurance Vehicle Model Clauses” is discussed based on the analysis on the relation of the relation of dynamic time dimension and insurance and insurance value. |
