| 摘 要： | 邓小平关于优先发展沿海地区、进而带动西部地区发展的“两个大局”战略构想及其成功实践 ,为开发西部奠定了坚实的基础。江泽民同志着眼于我国经济社会的新发展和新实践 ,不仅对西部开发和发展问题作了一系列深刻而具体的论述 ,丰富和发展了邓小平关于西部开发的思想 ,而且果断作出了实施西部大开发的战略决策 ,使邓小平关于西部开发的科学构想成为重大的现实实践

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's strategy and its success of giving priority to the development of coastal areas and promoting that of the West had laid a solid foundation to the development of the western parts of China. According to the new situations of our social economy and an indepth analysis of related factors. Comrade Jiang Zemin has made resolute decisions of developing West China with a view to put Deng's thinking into practice. |
