多孔羟基磷灰石生物材料的制备

摘    要:在特殊的条件下,将鸭蛋壳(主要成分碳酸钙)经过“热液交换反应”转化为多孔羟基磷灰石生物材料。X射线衍射、红外光谱分析证实,制得的产物纯度高,实验测得n(Ca)/n(P)约为1.668与人骨组成相似,表明其可能具有较好的生物活性。

Abstract:In particular condition and in the heat solution, using exchange reaction the calcium carbonate of duck's eggshell was transformed hydroxyapatite biomaterial, which contained quantities of stomas. Analysing by means of XRD and IR. we found that the mole ratio of Ca and P was about 1. 668 and it resembled in human bone's, which proved it had excellent biologic activ ity.
