学校教育沟通的影响因素及其干预性策略

摘    要:改善沟通环境、减少教育者和受教育者之间的沟通障碍 ,已成为教育理论和实践最关心的课题之一。影响教育沟通的因素很多 ,这些因素并不必然导致沟通障碍 ,其结果有多种可能。问题的关键是怎样运用这些因素 ,发挥其积极影响。合乎伦理的人为教育干预对于改善学校沟通环境 ,避免无效教育有重要作用。干预性策略包括权变策略、赢得权威策略和小组讨论策略等

Abstract:It has become one of the most important topics of educational theory and practice to improve the communication environment and remove the obstacles hindering the communication between the educator and education receivers. There are many factors influencing the communication at school. These factors do not necessarily hinder but influence the educational communication at school and lead to different results. The question is how to use these factors to exert positive influences. In this connection, the intentional intervention based on ethics is of great importance for improving the communication environment at school and avoid ineffective education. The intervention strategies include power changing strategy, authority obtainment strategy and group discussion strategy.
