A Study of the Factors Influencing Educational Communication at School and the Intervention Strategies

It has become one of the most important topics of educational theory and practice to improve the communication environment and remove the obstacles hindering the communication between the educator and education receivers. There are many factors influencing the communication at school. These factors do not necessarily hinder but influence the educational communication at school and lead to different results. The question is how to use these factors to exert positive influences. In this connection, the intentional intervention based on ethics is of great importance for improving the communication environment at school and avoid ineffective education. The intervention strategies include power changing strategy, authority obtainment strategy and group discussion strategy.
