| 摘 要： | 利用2277热活性检测仪的流动测量系统测定了310．15K时，五种酰胺分别与葡萄糖在水溶液中混合过程焓变以及各自的稀释焓，根据McMillan—Mayer理论关联得到了各级焓作用系数。结果表明，葡萄糖与不同酰胺分子的hxy均为正值。不同酰胺与葡萄糖的hxy大小主要取决于酰胺分子结构的差异，酰胺分子中所含一CH3个数越多，其hxy值越大，故N，N-二甲基乙酰胺与葡萄糖的焓对作用系数hxy最大，并用溶质-溶质相互作用和溶质-溶剂相互作用理论对结果进行解释。
