水溶液中五种酰胺与葡萄糖分子间的焓相互作用研究

摘    要:利用2277热活性检测仪的流动测量系统测定了310.15K时,五种酰胺分别与葡萄糖在水溶液中混合过程焓变以及各自的稀释焓,根据McMillan—Mayer理论关联得到了各级焓作用系数。结果表明,葡萄糖与不同酰胺分子的hxy均为正值。不同酰胺与葡萄糖的hxy大小主要取决于酰胺分子结构的差异,酰胺分子中所含一CH3个数越多,其hxy值越大,故N,N-二甲基乙酰胺与葡萄糖的焓对作用系数hxy最大,并用溶质-溶质相互作用和溶质-溶剂相互作用理论对结果进行解释。
