| 摘 要： | 区域产业结构演进与调整的实质是生产要素在不同部门、不同区域之间重新配置与组合的过程,核心是主导部门的交替更迭。从产业导向上,需求、供给、分工和技术四个因素构成了产业演进的系统动力圈。在开放条件下,由直接投资所带动的产业梯度转移和水平转移,是区域产业结构演进的主要形式。区域产业结构的演进是以市场为主导的自发演进,同时产业结构的自觉调整和优化还需要适当发挥政府的干预作用。

| Abstract: | In essence,evolution and adjustment of regional industrial structure means the relocation and redistribution of production factor among different divisions and different regions. The core is the replacement of leading sector one by one. This paper discusses the evolution and adjustment of regional industrial structure from the view of industry and location. Finally,it analyses the relation between autonomous evolution led by market and conscious regulation by government. |
