| 摘 要： | 石油是关系国际民生的战略性资源。在对中国的石油安全态势以及制约因素的分析基础上，建立了具有中国特色的石油保障机制：即政府宏观调控下的相对垄断竞争、适度石油储备制度、石油信息、共享机制、石油贸易机制改革等。

| Abstract: | Petroleum is one of the important strategic resources related to the n ational economy and the people's daily life. Based on the analysis of China's pe troleum security situation and its restrictive factors, this paper raises petrol eum security mechanism with Chinese characteristics: relative monopolistic imper fect competition mechanism under the macro-control of the government, with the s uitable petroleum storage system, petroleum information sharing mechanism and pe troleum trade system restructuring, etc. |
