| 摘 要： | 随着实验新设备、新技术的开发使用，实验工作量的增大以及参与实验的人员增多，使得实验室的安全面临许多新的问题，并由此引发不少的伤亡事故。文章针对高校实验室存在的安全隐患及其原因，提出了“以人为本、预防为主”的核心安全思想，制定了改进和加强高校实验室安全管理的若干对策。

| Abstract: | New equipment and technique is more and more exploited and applied in laboratory with the development of teaching reform, the laboratory safety in colleges and universities is facing with many new problems as results of heavy experimental work and more workers, leading to quite a few accidents. In view of the existing hidden dangers and their causes, some countermeasures based on the human-oriented concept and prevention were suggested to improve and strengthen the laboratory safety management. |
