班级“红人”的社会学审视

摘    要:班级“红人”可以分为正式结构中的“红人”与非正式结构中的“红人”两种。班级“红人”的性质是“边际人”、“中继者”和“佼佼者”,其功能在于:班级运行的“中继者”和班级冲突的“缓冲带”。班级“红人”的形成有其必然的一面,也有其偶然的一面。班级“红人”的变迁规律有“平静期”和“动荡期”之别。班级“红人”在来源渠道和行使权力两方面存在局限。

Abstract:Class "hong ren"can be divided into the "hang ren"of formal structure and the "Hong ren"of informal structure. The properties of class "Hong ren"are "marginal person", "meta"and "attractor", and its function is that: the"meta" of classes running and the"buffer zone"of class conflict. The formation of class"hong ren"has its inevitable side, and also has its occasional side. The change laws of class"hong ren "have difference of"quiet period"and "turbulent period".Class"hong ren"has limitations in source channel and exercising power.
