论高校师德建设法制化

学高为师,德高为范。教师本身的思想素质在教书育人过程中的作用至关重要,但由于受传统教育模式的影响,我国高等教育无形中陷入了两个误区：重教书轻育人和忽视师德建设。在改革开放、不断深化市场经济的新形势下,高校师德建设面临着新的挑战。因此,如何推进高校师德建设法制化,不断提高教师思想道德素质,已成为当前教育改革的一个重要课题。

A teacher is good in knowledge and a model is good in moral character.The ideological quality to be as a teacher is very important in the teaching process.As the result of the influence of conventional education pattern, our national higher education has made two mistakes.One is attaching more importance to teaching knowledge than cultivating moral character,the other is neglecting to develop teacher's moral character.In the situation of reform and opening to the outside world,with market economy forming,the development of teacher's moral character is facing new challenge.Therefore,how to carry developing teacher's moral character legal forward and improve teacher's moral character deep in sense are becoming important aspects in today's education reform.
