在人类政治文明的发展中 ,农业社会的政治文明在社会治理的意义上属于权力的制度 ,工业社会的政治文明属于法律的制度 ;在走向后工业社会的过程中 ,我们相信制度设计和制度安排将会奠立在道德的基础上 ,其中 ,人的德性将是出发点。研究人的德性 ,需要系统地考察人的德性与情欲的关系 ,需要弄清人的德性对人的社会生活所做出的实质性的规定 ,需要正确认识人的德性对人的个人生活的价值。

On the Design of the System in Connection with Moral Character

The development of the political civi li zation is characterized by differences of the nature of administration in differ ent social systems. The political system of the agrarian society is based on pow er in the sense of administration,and that of the industrial society is based o n the function of the legal law. It is believed that the human moral nature is t he starting point for the design of the social system. The study of the moral na ture of humankind requires a systematic investigation into the relation of the m oral character with desire of a clear understanding of definition of social life by the human moral character and its value in the personal life.
