论死亡恐惧--"我"的死亡意识

人与动物的本质区别在于人有“自我”意识,从自我意识产生死亡意识,由死亡意识导致死亡恐惧。真正意义上的死亡是“我”死,人怕因失去自我而陷入绝对的虚无是死亡恐惧产生的根本原因,克服死亡恐惧的方法主要有：长生之道、宗教慰籍、哲学思索、成就不朽、及时行乐。

On Fear for Death

The essential difference of man from animals lies that man possesses the sense of "I".The sense of death is created by that of "I" and then leads to the fear for death.Death,in realistic sense,is that "I" die,and the basic reason of fear for death is that human being is afraid of falling in void following the lose of "I".So far,there exists such methods to conquer the fear for death as pursuit of long life,indulgence in religions or philosoply,or desirability of great achievement or pleasure.
