高校图书馆员继续教育问题的探讨

针对时代发展的需要,结合图书馆员的工作实际,阐明了高校图书馆员职业道德和专业知识继续教育的主要内容,提出了道德培养、岗位培训、在职培训、专题培训和技能培训等加强继续教育的途径,以及加强管理考核、开展技能竞赛和建立激励机制等保证性措施。

Exploration on Continuous Education for Librarians of Colleges and Universities

In accordance with the requirements of social development and combined with the practice as a librarian, this paper illustrates the main contents in the aspects of the vocational ethics and continuous education in professional knowledge for the lib- rarians from colleges and universities, and puts forward the ways of strengthening continuous education such as the professional ethics cultivation, the training for a job position, in-service training, expertise training and skill training as well as the guarantee approaches such as strengthening management and evaluation, developing skill contest and establishing incentive mechanism.
