摘    要:本文首先对高校学院院长的岗位职责进行分析,得到其工作内容和特点,并根据工作分析的结果,从基本素质与履职情况、学科建设、人才培养、科学研究、师资队伍建设、国际交流合作等6个指标体系确定了对高校学院院长进行绩效考核的主要内容。

Abstract:First of all,this article analysis of Dean of University position responsibilities,the contents and characteristics of their work and based on the results of job analysis,from the basic quality and performing its duties,subject construction,talent training,scientific research,teaching staff,international exchanges and cooperation with six indicator system to determine the Dean of college to the main content of performance appraisal.
