高职教育教师能力构建

摘    要:高等职业教育要求教师要具备较强的教育教学能力,能够熟练地驾驭教材,完成高水平的备课;要有较强的科研能力,经常参与科研活动,开阔视野,促进教育教学水平的提高;要具有较强的创新能力,创新教学思路和教学手段,培养学生思维的主动性;要具备实践能力,对学生进行示范和指导.

Abstract:Higher professional education expects the teachers to have a better teaching ability to command teaching materials and complete their preparation of lessons, to have a good ability of academic research to improve their academic level and to have a considerable ability to bring forth new ideas to promote their teaching methods to cultivate the students' practical abilities.
