| 摘 要： | 对多种检材细菌学和血清学调查、从猪、鼠以及污水中检到３７株Ｙ．ｅ．菌．鉴定结果血清型别达１３个之多，而人类常见的Ｏ：３、Ｏ：９血清型均未检出．对人血清及部分动物血清Ｙ．ｅ．菌凝集抗体测定结果表明，本地区人群有那氏菌感染，猪、鼠是主要传染源．３７株Ｙ．ｅ．菌中发现２株能产生ＶＷ抗原、自凝性阳性的菌株，其血清型别是Ｏ：７．８与Ｏ：６．３０．来自猪、鼠回盲部材料。

| Abstract: | Thirty-seven strains of Yersinia enterocoliticd,were isolated from the samples of the swine,mice andsewage. Thirteen serotypes were detected from them. but both of O:3 and O:9 serotypes which were al-ways detected from human were not found.The result of agglutination test of human and animal serumshowed that the wine and mice inffected by Yersinia enterocolitica were the main reservoir. Of 37 strains ofYersinia enterocolitica,2 strains can produce V W antigen, The serotyping proved that they belong to O : 7.8 and O:6.30 which were isolated from samples of ileocecum tissues in swine and mice. |
