我国优秀女子足球运动员身体素质特征及综合身体素质评价模式

摘    要:为发展我国女子足球运动,提高女子足球运动员身体素质整体水平,笔者对全国女子足球运动进行了多年系统的跟踪调查,对女子足球运动员主要身体素质指标进行了测试与评价,并制定出我国女子足球运动员身体素质等级评价标准;综合发展水平评定标准;身体素质发展均衡程度评定标准和我国女子足球运动员综合身体素质模式。以期为各级决策部门提供信息,使之更有效地组织训练,控制训练全过程

Abstract:Physical qualities are the physical functional capabilities of players,which appear in the football activities as speed,endurance,force,sensitivity,flexibility.They are the fundamental and essential elements of players' varied contesting abilities.The players can not perform effectively their skills and tactics without admirable physical elements in the rapid,changable and intensily antagonistic matches.In order to develop our women's football sport and improve players' integrated physical elements,we have taken the follow up investigation systematically in women's football sport for many years.We have tested and evaluated the main index of their physical qualities,and established the ranking evaluating standard,the synthetic developing level evaluating standard,the equilibrium degree's evaluating standard and the pattern of synthetic physical elements.We want to present information to departments in all levels that concerning the trainings.Taking advantage of these information,they would avoid subjective faults,effectively organise the trainings,and control the whole process of trainings
