摘    要:对单向节流阀的平衡回路控制参数进行了分析,给出了保证匀速下降和可调速时,节流阀的两个最大开口度的计算准则,明确了节流阀在平衡回路中的作用(调速、背压)取决于开口度的取值范围.下降调速时,能耗大的根本原因是传统的平衡回路缺乏二级调压系统,为此,需对其进行改造,以改善系统的性能.

Abstract:The one-way loop control parameters are given an analysis,so the precise opening of the two relief valves is calculated at the decline at an average speed. It is clarified that the throttle in the role of balance loop (speed,backpressure) depends on the opening of the range,and that the lack of the second-level adjustment results in the energy consumption.
