| 摘 要： | 拥有一支高素质的师资队伍是职业院校校企合作顺畅、成功的关键.针对目前建设类职业院校"双师型"教师队伍的现状,从教育行政管理部门、建设类职业院校和建设类职业院校教师三个方面进行了原因分析,并提出了相应的对策.

| Abstract: | The high quality teacher rank is the key of the success of the cooperation between school and industry.According to the status quo of the double-qualified teachers rank in higher technical colleges,this article analyzed the causes from the administration department,technical colleges and the teachers in higher technical colleges of construction and put forward some countermeasures. |
