论我国诊所法律教育的实践与完善

受传统教育观念的影响,以教为本的中国法学教育弊病重重,法学毕业生就业状况堪忧。对此,发端于美国的诊所式法律教育为法学实践教学改革提供了新的动力。从2000年诊所法律教育引入我国,其已呈现出蓬勃发展的趋势。在本土化的过程中,其受到的局限也日益突出。大力扩展法律诊所教育,同时应注意资金筹集多元化、提高教师职业化、管理机制规范化、配套制度完善化。

The Practice and Perfection of Legal Clinic in China

Because of the influence of traditional educational concept,there is many problems of traditional teacher-oriented law education,especially the employment situation of legal graduate is very bad.So,legal clinic education which is from America provides new power for the reform of legal practical education.Since the importion of legal clinic to China in year 2000,it has being a vigorous developmental trend.During its localization,the limitation becomes increasingly obvious.Expanding legal clinic education,we should look for more methods to raise money,improve the professionalization of teacher,formulate unitive management standard and pecfect the relative syatem.
