摘    要:学校教育是促进女性发展和性别平等的重要途径。但从现实情况看,当前的学校教育在多个不同侧面和环节尚存在着性别偏斜和性别歧视现象,妨碍了教育公平的实现。为此,应当采取一系列有效对策和措施,消除教育领域中各种或明或暗的性别不平等因素,以促进两性平等及女性的成才和发展。

Abstract:School is an important place where women's development and sexual equality are greatly promoted. However, the current situation in schools also reveals that there still exist some sexual predisposedness and sexual discrimination in some of the aspects and procedures of education. This to some extent jeopardizes the realization of fair opportunity of education. Thus a series of effective strategies and measures should be taken to wipe away all possible factors that could easily give rise to sexual inequality in the area of education so as to help promote the equal and fair opportunity for women's growth and development.
