| 摘 要： | 人才培养目标是构筑人才培养模式的基本依据。旅游管理专业人才培养模式应建立在充分考虑旅游业的特点、未来旅游市场的发展趋势及人才需求质量的基础上,构建出“模块化教学 阶梯式实践”的人才培养模式,并从道德品格、课程结构、教学方法、校企联系等方面实施人才的培养。

| Abstract: | The goal of talents training is the basis of constructing the talents training mode. Based on the full consideration of the characters of tourism, the development of the future tourism and the quality of talents demand, the goal of training the talents of tourism administration as composite practical specialists is founded and the mode of talents training of "modularized teaching ladder - like practice" is constructed. Then the talents training can be implemented in moral characters, curriculum construction, teaching approach, cooperation between universities and industries . And finally some suggestions are given on the mode of talents training. |
