| 摘 要： | 英语现在已名符其实地成为国际语言(international language)。当今世界,如果不能有效地掌握和使用英语,就等于与世界割裂开来。英语的全球化,也伴随着英语的本土化,中国英语便是英语和中国本土文化相结合的产物,它已成为中国向世界传达自己观点的有效通道。本文就中国英语产生的必然性、合理性及普及中国英语的方法作一简要阐释。

| Abstract: | English has become an actual international language. In modern world, if not mastering and using English efficiently, you will break away from the world. Global English also develops with lo- cal English. Chinese English is a product connecting English and local culture, which has become effi- cient access to expressing our own ideas to the world. The article attempts to bring out its inevitability and rationality, expressing the popularity way of Chinese English. |
