基于多元评价理论的辅导员职业准入标准

摘    要:根据多元评价理论注重发展、多元的评价观,构建辅导员职业准入标准时,应坚持基础性评价标准与核心职业素质相对应、基础性评价标准和发展性评价标准相结合、多维化评价内容与个性化职业潜力相配合、多层次评价标准与多元化主体要求相协调等原则,以促进辅导员队伍职业化、专业化发展,学生的发展,高等教育事业的发展和社会的发展为核心目标。

Abstract:According the view of multi-evaluation theory,the standards for the employment admittance for the college student's counselor should consider the basic requirement and the core professional ability.It needs to combine the basic requirement with the progressive ability as well as the potential ability together.It will develop different level standards to meet the requirement of different subject,so to prove the development of the students and the counselors.
