区县教师网络培训中各要素分析及其有效组织

摘    要:教师网络培训中有若干基本要素,包括学习者、指导者、课程资源以及管理者,四者具有密切的互动。本文以上海新农村教师专业发展项目为例,在说明各要素关系的同时,从有效组织教师网络培训的角度提出四点:把管理者与课程资源建设者充分纳入到网络培训系统中;创新网络培训的管理模式,保障学习的有序展开;鼓励多元的网络助学,协助学习者参与网络培训;关注教师网络学习的社会性构建。
