| 摘 要： | 适性学校改进的基本假设是尊重学校的特殊性,坚持适合的就是好的的理念。适性改进更加强调运用质性的研究方法,遵循自下而上和自上而下互动的改进思路。适性学校改进规划是一种参与式规划,从增值的理念出发来设计改进目标,改进方案的实施是一个不断调适的过程,实施的关键是推行适性教学,重视学校的自评。在实践中从识别校情出发,遵照五个步骤来推进适性改进。
