摘    要:生命美学与教师专业成长的共同视点是基于对人的关注。在生命美学的观照下,教师专业成长的意义之美、自由之美和超越之美都是对生命之美的诠释。从美的尺度出发,追寻教师专业成长的工具性与意义性双向成长之美,促成教师专业成长的存储性和生成性互动发展之美,释放教师专业成长传承性与创造性的共同活力之美是教师专业成长的必由之路。
