摘    要:教师学习的有效性需要有合理的学习机制予以保障,该机制包括:营建共同愿景,建构教师学习的动力机制;倡导团队学习,建构教师学习的合作机制;立足教学研究,建构教师学习的行动机制;鼓励个体差异发展,建构教师学习的评价机制;注重方式适切,形成教师学习的效率机制。
