学校活动文化的自主创生

摘    要:学校教育的存在形态表现为促进人成长的各种教育活动,因此创生活动文化是学校文化建设的根本之道,舍此则可能让一切努力流于形式。从学生发展的角度来看,学校成员(包括领导、教师和学生)在自主创生学校活动文化时,可以利用五类文化作品(包括活动计划、方案、过程、案例和师生成长故事)作为思考平台,分析这一领域尚存的问题(如程式化地执行通行规定,缺乏对教育真谛和本校特色的追求),致力于改进日常教育活动,更新学校成员的发展方式,形成有本校特色的教育活动整体格局和有代表性的活动品牌。
