委托管理中的冲突与协调

摘    要:委托管理中,支援方与受援方的矛盾和冲突随时存在,主要有认知矛盾和情感冲突、公开对抗和消极不合作、权力冲突与专业分歧等。对委托管理的错误认识、缺少立足本土的管理和个体付出与回报的失衡,是冲突产生的主要原因。为此应在规范委托管理制度的基础上,纠正错误认识,共同确立受援学校的发展目标。支援方要用尊重的管理化解矛盾,为受援学校的可持续发展服务。

Abstract:There are contradiction and conflict between mandatory and administrated school,including conflict on cognizing and emotion,opposing in public and refusing cooperation in private,conflict on right and profession.Error ideas,improper managing and imbalanced feelings of individual are important basis.It is very important to forming institution,changing viewpoint and establishing vision.Mandatory should coordinate conflict by respecting and servicing for continuing development of administrated school.
