| 摘 要： | 民国早期,随着铁路事业的迅速发展,铁路职工子弟学校作为铁路职工福利设施的一部分被广泛设立,并在办学思想与办学实践方面有了一定积累。南京国民政府成立以后,对铁路职工子弟学校的管理制度、视察制度、经费收支、教职员工的任免等出台了相应的规章制度,使铁路职工子弟教育的相应管理制度得到了逐步完善。研究民国时期铁路职工子弟的教育状况对于今天的农民工子弟教育和相关教育事业发展都具有一定的借鉴意义。
