论市场经济体制下高校毕业生的和谐就业

社会主义市场经济体制在中国的初步建立,给中国的社会主义现代化注入了新的活力,带来了多元化的社会发展。特别是打破了传统计划就业观长期占统治的局面,而以市场为导向的就业则应运而生。这种市场就业既给人们带来了多种就业选择,但同时又使人们面临就业的困境,负担起就业的压力。在中国高等教育从精英教育到大众教育转变的大环境下,再加上受经济、社会、毕业生自身、用人单位、高等教育体制的因素影响,一时间高校毕业生就业难成了社会问题中突出的一部分。解决高校毕业生就业难问题需要政府、企业、高校毕业生自身和高等教育部门相互有机结合,以市场需求为基准,实现社会主义高校毕业生的和谐就业,从而确保我国社会主义和谐社会的建设。
