教师专业发展的三个向度——基于Y小学的调查研究

摘    要:本文通过实证方法,时Y小学的中青年教师进行抽样调查,分析教师专业发展过程中可能遭遇的困难以及应对策略.根据调查结果,本文认为,要有效促进教师专业发展,需对教师专业发展过程中所遇到的困难进行充分考量,更重要的是,需要观照以下三个"向度",即教师专业发展的可能性向度、有效性向度以及针对性向度.
