| 摘 要： | 劳动者民主参与制是有效保障劳动者个人权利的基础,也是合理构建和谐劳动关系的关键。劳动者民主参与制的生成与发展有其深刻的价值底蕴。因此,我国有必要在立法上通过赋予劳动者民主参与权,并制定相关法律制度来确保该制度的实现。

| Abstract: | The laborer democratic participation is not only the basis of protecting laborer＇ s individual fights, but also the key to construct harmonious labor relationship. The birth and the development of the laborer democratic participation has its deep value details. So, it is necessary to give democratic participation right to the laborer and make legislating relevant statutes to ensure the system to exertion. |
