摘    要:教师专业伦理是教师专业化背景下提出的新概念,是对传统师德概念的继承、发展和超越。教师专业伦理具有自律性、动态性以及多元化等特征。教师专业伦理持续发展的途径是职前教育、职后培训和职场反思。

Abstract:Teachers' professional ethics is a new concept proposed under the background of teachers' specialization, and is the inheritance, development and transcendence of the traditional concept of teachers' morality. Teachers' professional ethics has the characteristics of autonomy, dynamics and multiplicity and so on. The ways of the continuous development of teachers' professional ethics are pre-service, post-service and in-service education.
