| 摘 要： | 随着城市化的进程,很多本来在城郊的工业用地变成了中心城区建设用地.在满足城市更新的要求之下,这些工厂就必须搬迁或者关停.由此而来出现了很多具有一定历史意义的被废弃的产业建筑物和土地,严重浪费了城市建设资源.针对这一现状,如何在传承历史文脉的同时,做到工业遗产保护、再利用,是城市亟待考虑的问题.文章以襄樊市水泥厂废弃厂区的改造为例,深入剖析工业废弃地的改造和再利用的发展趋势,以传承城市历史文脉、营造新的城市生活、游憩空间设计理念和城市更新思想,尝试为工业废弃地的功能置换和工业遗产保护研究提供一种有特色的发展模式,同时进一步探讨单栋建筑改造利用方式,提供具体实施建议.

| Abstract: | Taking Xiangfan Cement Plant as an example,it analyzes the development trend about reconstruction and reuse of industrial wasteland to inherit a city’s historical context,to create new city life and to renew the thought of the city.It tries to provide a distinctive model on functional replacement and industrial heritage protection of industrial wasteland. |
