Strategies on the Recruitment of Talents in Universities

First class faculty members are most valuable components of a first class university. Their recruitment and training should be dealt with in a scientific and systematic way. This article discusses the questions existing in the recruitment practice in the domestic universities by comparing with the policies and principles widely employed in the internationally recognized first-class universities. Basic principles on the recruitment strategies, as well as its practice and procedures, of domestic universities are proposed.
