摘    要:一流的大学需要一流的教师,而一流的教师需要科学的引进和系统的培养。本文参照国内外最优秀大学的人才引进战略和方法,对国内高校在人才引进方面普遍存在的问题进行了深入的剖析,提出了国内高校在人才引进战略制定和具体的操作上应该遵循的基本原则,以及人才引进的科学的流程和方法。

Abstract:First class faculty members are most valuable components of a first class university. Their recruitment and training should be dealt with in a scientific and systematic way. This article discusses the questions existing in the recruitment practice in the domestic universities by comparing with the policies and principles widely employed in the internationally recognized first-class universities. Basic principles on the recruitment strategies, as well as its practice and procedures, of domestic universities are proposed.
