| 摘 要： | 当代遗产研究呈现出从文物到遗产、从过去到未来、从物质到精神三个动态走向；奥运遗产观的建立具备创造性基础、大发展背景以及内源性需求三个现实性条件。在此基础上，从对“未来”的梳理归类转向“当下”的谋划落实，尝试性建构起基于未来遗产说的奥运遗产观。

| Abstract: | The contemperary heritage research has the development tendency from cultural relics to heritages, from the past to the future, from the material to the spirit. The establishment of Olympic heritage view needs three practical prerequisites of creative basis, development background and inner demands. The paper tends to establish the Olympic heritage view based on the future heritage theory. |
