机器视觉检测定位与非接触寻找焊缝的实现

摘    要:目前企业大多采用色差传感器或角度位移传感器定位焊接食品罐马口铁,往往出现探测系统灵敏度不高、感应信号滞后等缺陷,严重影响产品质量。基于机器视觉检测的非接触式焊缝定位方案,设计一种包括机器视觉检测装置、焊缝追踪信号处理机构和焊缝定位信号执行机构在内的焊缝自动追踪系统,应用于食品罐马口铁焊缝的寻找,与传统的焊缝定位技术相比,提高了产品质量稳定性,有效保证了罐身制造产品的品质。

Abstract:At present,most enterprises apply color difference sensor or angle displacement sensor to locate and weld tinplate of food cans.Such methods often have the defects of low sensitivity of the detection system and induction signal lag,which severely affect product quality.In this paper,an automatic weld seam tracking was designed based on a non-contact weld seam positioning scheme of machine vision detection,including a machine vision detection device a weld seam tracking signal processing mechanism and a weld seam positioning signal execution mechanism.The system was applied to search tinplate weld seam in food cans.Compared with the traditional weld positioning technology,this system improves the quality stability of products and effectively ensures the quality of canned products.
