摘    要:阐述了校企合作在现代职业教育中的重要性,介绍了开展现代学徒制的常见流程。从联合招生、建立企业学院、共建生产性实习车间、混编师资团队、完成企业项目等方面构建"双主体"育人环境。在"双主体"育人环境下,指出课程体系建设的重要性,从课程设置、课程管理、师资建设、课程评价等方面阐述建立基于岗位能力动态课程体系建设的内容。明确校企联合成立企业学院,共建生产性实习车间,共同制订教学课程体系,执行校内外交叉导师制的现代学徒制的人才培养方式,行之而有效。

Abstract:Expounds the importance of cooperation between schools and enterprises in modern vocational education and introduces the common process of developing modern apprenticeship system.We will build an environment of "double subject" education in terms of joint enrollment,establishment of enterprise colleges,construction of productive internship workshops,mixed teacher teams,and completion of enterprise projects.In the environment of "double subject" education,the importance of course system construction is pointed out,and the content of building a dynamic course system based on job ability is elaborated from the aspects of curriculum setting,curriculum management,teacher building,and curriculum evaluation.It is pointed out that the schools and enterprises jointly set up enterprise colleges,built productive internship workshops,jointly formulated teaching curriculum systems,and implemented the modern apprenticeship system of the inter-teacher system inside and outside the school.
