关于创新高职教育管理体制的思考

近几年,教育领域处于深入改革阶段,崭新的社会环境为高职院校带来了机遇和挑战。高职教育是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,目前的高职教育在管理体制方面存在诸多问题,影响了整体的教育效果,不利于学生的全面发展。本文注重分析高职教育管理体系的现状及存在的问题,探寻高职教育管理体系改革创新的必要性和主要途径,期望为高职院校的发展提供一些参考。

Reflections on the Innovation of Higher Vocational Education Management System

In recent years,with the continuous development of society,in the field of education,education and teaching is also in the stage of in-depth reform.The new social environment in higher vocational education brings opportunities and challenges to higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational education is an important part of the higher education system in our country.As far as the current higher vocational education is concerned,there are many problems in the management system,which affect the overall educational effect and are not conducive to the overall development of college students.This paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation and problems in the management system of higher vocational education,explores the necessity and main ways of the reform and innovation of the management system of higher vocational education,and provides some suggestions for the development of higher vocational colleges.
