| 摘 要： | 解决农村孩子读书难问题，让他们花最少的钱，学到一技或多技之长。因地制宜，举办各种农技培训班，解决农产品高产、储藏、加工与优质、优价问题，做到最大限度地增产增收，并应培训打工队伍，提高农民工素质。
